How to Make these Amazing Hawaiian Pork Chops

Ingredients

  • 4 thick cut boneless Pork chops
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 1/3 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 1 cup diced fresh pineapple
  • 3/4 cup pineapple juice
  • 3 tablespoons white or rice vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons minced garlic
  • 1/2 cup cold water
  • 3 tablespoons cornstarch

Spray the inside of your slow cooker with cooking spray. In the bottom of the slow cooker, whisk together soy sauce, brown sugar, pineapple juice, ketchup, white vinegar, water, garlic and cornstarch.

Place pork chops and pineapple slices on top of the soy sauce mixture.

Spoon the liquid over the pork chops and set your slow cooker on high for 3-4 hours.

Yes! How? Well, in a resealable freezer bag, combine all of your ingredients. Put it in the freezer until you are ready to enjoy! Place in the fridge to dethaw before putting in your crockpot.

Instructions

  2. Dice 1 cup of pineapple.
  3. In your slow cooker, whisk together soy sauce, brown sugar, ketchup, pineapple juice, vinegar, water, garlic and corn starch.
  4. Add in diced pineapple and pork chops.
